Mindspace

Mindspace

One of the costs of all the multi tasking and administrative firefighting that we do is that we leave ourselves very little process time. We need the mental space and the physical time on the clock to stop and realise what has just happened to us, or what we are going through.

If we don’t, then stress and anxiety and overwhelm build up and we may start to feel edgy, uncomfortable or on the verge of a panic attack. People who exercise or walk the dog or do yoga are 70% more likely to rest better, de-activate their adrenals (sympathetic system), and wake up from their sleep refreshed for the next day. Stop and give yourself process time. Learning to quiet the mind and learning to hush, means that you can finally hear the tiny voices of your soul…and what they are asking you.
